Any technical documentation (Gerber files, BOM specifications, schematics, drawings) submitted as part of a request for quotation is considered confidential. We guarantee: (a) use of the documentation solely for preparing a quotation; (b) non-disclosure of the documentation to third parties without the client's consent; (c) readiness to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) prior to the transfer of documentation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and the relationship between the user and qisourcing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules then in effect, or to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) by mutual agreement of the parties.
8. Changes to Terms
qisourcing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication of the new version on the Website. We recommend periodically checking this page.
